Our products are gathered from Ordu and Giresun, located in East Blacksea region of Türkiye where 1st class hazelnuts of the world are grown up. Hazelnuts are supplied from producers with all quality certificates possessed.
Hazelnut Kernel dimensions are Standart 1(13-15mm), Standart 2(11-13mm) ve Standart 3(9-11mm). The kernel hazelnuts which have dimensions less than Standart3 are called slim or piccolo. Our products are packed in 25 kg plastic vacuum packages and 50, 80 kg bulks.
Hazelnut with Hard Shell: Hazelnuts taken out of their outer green shell.
Natural Shelled Hazelnut: Those are hazelnuts taken out of their hard shells.
Whitened Hazelnut: Hazelnuts with a max. of %5 hummidity content obtained by extracting the film covering the shelled.
Roasted Hazelnut: Hazelnuts with a max. of %3 hummidity content obtained by extracting the film covering the shelled hazelnut.
Their color is slightly darker than whitened hazelnuts.
Minced Hazelnut: Hazelnut product obtained by cutting shelled hazelnuts in small parts.
Sliced Hazelnut: Hazelnut product obtained by slicing whitened shelled hazelnuts.
Hazelnut Flour: Hazelnut product with a max. diemeter of 2mm obtained by mincing or cutting shelled hazelnuts.
