Our walnuts are supplied from producers with all quality certificates possessed.

After the automatic calibration of  light shelled walnuts, their shells are broken with breaker machines and the products become kernels. Then they are selected and packed in 10 kg carton colies.

Our company produces all products according to ISO:9001 and ISO:22000 quality criterias.

30 mm Light Shelled Walnut: Walnuts taken out of their outer shell between 28-30 mm diameter.
34 mm Light Shelled Walnut: Walnuts taken out of their outer shell between 31-34 mm diameter.
34+ mm Light Shelled Walnut: Walnuts taken out of their outer shell between 35-40 mm diameter.

Halves Walnut Kernel: It is the half form of light walnut kernel.

Halves and Particle Walnut: It is the mixture of halves walnut and broken walnut.
